Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD can show up in many different ways.
Some of the symptoms may include nightmares or unwanted memories of the trauma, avoidance of situations that bring back memories of the trauma, heightened reactions, anxiety, or depressed mood.
Trauma can be caused by any extreme experience that has occurred once or has been experienced over a certain time frame.
When someone is exposed to extreme mental, physical or emotional distress PTSD can develop especially when the mind is not able to process what has happened.
PTSD unfortunately is a very common issue in our society in Veterans and Civilians alike.
The VA tested a new approach to helping Veterans overcome PTSD and had a success rate of 97% in their first test run.
And yes, this approach is also available to YOU. I have offered this approach since 2013 and have helped many people address various issues including PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc.
