Some Things You Should Know
Who can benefit from coaching?
The people who can benefit from coaching are the people who have already made a decision and/or developed a strong desire to grow or to change their life and circumstances. People who feel stuck or don't know how to or where to start. This is true for personal and professional development and growth.
What does a Coach do?
A Coach helps you identify and overcome the roadblocks that are holding you back from living an extraordinary life.
See, it is absolutely normal to hit roadblocks, get frustrated and wanting to throw down. We have all been there many times! That's when a coach comes in handy because a coach is trained to take a birds-eye perspective and read between the lines.
A professional coach will never claim to "know" more than you do, a professional coach is simply someone who is trained in extracting what's already in you and helps you break the chains that are preventing you from growing and moving forward in the most beneficial way possible. A professional coach is also trained in helping you define clear goals and the necessary steps along the way and he/she will also help you follow through with those steps.

Personal Transformation Coaching
Personal Transformation Coaching (PTC) is probably the most common form of coaching that used to commonly be known as "Life Coaching" (LC).
The big difference between PTC and LC is a more holistic approach to coaching and requires a much deeper skill set than just a regular, generic "Life Coaching" Certification.
The emphasis in this type of coaching is on the word Transformation. Since this type of coach has a broader skill set and takes a holistic, meaning a more complete, approach to coaching, you will experience a complete transformation within yourself, which will reflect and spread throughout every area of your life.

Being spiritual does NOT require a certain religion or specific belief but is based on the fundamental and universal values of understanding, kindness, love and compassion for self, of self and others. Those values should be part of everyone's life whether or not you follow any religion.
We all come to a point in our lives, where we question ourselves, our lives or the situations we are challenged with. We don't understand how or why certain things are happening and we get stuck in despair, frustration, anger or resignation. Most of us experience this multiple times throughout our lives.
Isn't it particularly in those times where we could all use someone who is unbiased and non-judgmental? Someone who wants to listen to how you're feeling and understands your struggles. Someone who can take a bird's eye perspective and see things from above.
Someone who is well trained through their education and experience to take on those struggles with you. This person can then, provide a different perspective and guidance to find the path that is right for you and help you ease or eliminate the suffering you're experiencing.
As an ordained minister with the non-denominational Universal Life Church, I am also a certified spiritual mentor, I aim to help you find insights, understanding and clarity which alone can help tremendously to deal or cope with certain situations. In the case that this would not resolve your situation, I am trained in various other methods and approaches of which I know can bring the resolve you are seeking.

Business and Management Coaching
Business and Management Coaching is an upcoming
sub-category of coaching and can have many different facets.
Some people mistake business and management coaching for consulting. The big difference between the two is that a consultant is typically someone who has vast experience in a certain type of business. He/she therefore consults based on knowledge and experience.
Whereas, a Coach is not hired to tell someone how to do or run their business better but more so to help the owner(s), executive(s) or manager(s) to bring out the best in their role as a leader, manager and/or owner. Here are some of the areas that are being addressed in business and management coaching:
Establish and take action towards achieving goals
Become more self-reliant
Gain more job and life satisfaction
Contribute more effectively to the team and the organization
Take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments
Work more easily and productively with others
Communicate more effectively
